Our tenants include PENN Entertainment, Caesars Entertainment, Boyd Gaming Corporation, The Queen Casino & Entertainment, Bally’s Corporation, The Cordish Companies, 815 Entertainment, American Racing and Entertainment, and Strategic Gaming Management.
Through innovation and a proven management team that pioneered the gaming REIT space, we have leveraged a wealth of industry knowledge to deliver consistent year-over-year total shareholder return while enhancing the strength and stability of our diversified portfolio of premier gaming assets.
We expect to grow our portfolio by pursuing opportunities to acquire additional gaming facilities to lease to gaming operators through triple-net lease arrangements. We also anticipate diversifying our portfolio over time by acquiring properties outside the gaming industry. The expertise and industry knowledge of our management team will allow us to secure additional avenues for growth beyond the gaming industry and allow us to pursue other acquisitions that may prove complementary to our existing assets.

Environmental Stewardship
We promote sustainable practices and environmental stewardship throughout the organization, with a particular emphasis on energy efficiency, recycling, water conservation, indoor environmental quality and environmental awareness.
Sustainability Highlights at our Corporate Headquarters and Owned Properties
Our focus on sustainable environmental practices is demonstrated by how we manage and operate these buildings and plan for the future, including, for example:
- We promote environmental and energy efficiency awareness at our corporate headquarters and encourage practices such as powering down office equipment at the end of the day and recycling paper waste.
- Energy efficient and LED lighting and motion sensors are installed at our owned properties to conserve energy and reduce costs.
- We partner with third party environmental consulting firms focused on helping clients improve their energy efficiency to develop programs to reduce energy consumption and environmental footprints.
- A sophisticated rain water management system is installed at our corporate HQ to help reduce flooding and pollutants in water run-off.
- Our Corporate Headquarters and owned properties are smoke free environments.
Sustainability Highlights at our Tenants’ Properties
The remaining properties in our portfolio are leased to gaming operators in triple-net lease arrangements, meaning each gaming operator is ultimately responsible for maintaining the buildings, including controlling their energy usage and the implementation of environmentally sustainable practices. We are committed to promoting awareness, influencing and engaging with our tenants where possible, regarding sustainability practices and environmentally beneficial energy solutions. As such, many of our tenants have implemented similar efficiency and conservation measures in recent capital expenditure projects, including:
- Cost-saving indoor and outdoor LED lighting retrofits
- Installation of guest room occupancy-based thermostats
- Building management systems upgrades
- Installation of electronic vehicle charging stations
